How do I find out the shipping cost?
Add the items you wish to order into your shopping cart. On the shopping cart page type your postcode into the box below the order total and click on 'update cart'. Your shipping cost will now be displayed in the cart.

Can I add items to my order after I have placed it?
Yes just call or email us and we can manually add extra items to your order.

Will I get to see what my items will look like prior to engraving?

Yes we will email you an artwork proof for each item type you have ordered. We will not commence engraving until you confirm you are happy with the layout and all details are correct.

I have made a mistake or changed my mind with a personalised item I have ordered, What can I do?
Please call or email us ASAP and we can make the necessary changes you require.

I am worried about glasses being broken it transit?
We fully cover all breakages in transit. However we use high quality sturdy glassware and are very experienced at packaging glassware for transit so breakages are rare.

I have recieved damaged goods, what happens now?
Email us a photo of the damaged/broken items and will will send out replacements items ASAP.

How long will it take me to get my order?
We generally take 2-3 weeks to prepared personalised items, this time may vary depending on the time of year. Please allow extra time around Christmas and New Year due to high volume of orders, public holidays and business closure days. 

How long is the delivery time?
Delivery times vary from 1-7 business days depending on location. Typical delivery times are 2 days to Melbourne, 3 days to Sydney, 4 Days to Brisbane and Perth. Non metro area delivery will likely take 1-3 days longer.

Am I able to pickup my order?
Yes, we are located in Redwood Park in Adelaide.


What is the quality of your your glassware?

We only use high quality glassware. Most of our glassware is made by Libbey in the USA.

Do you do discounts for bulk orders?
Yes, the more you order the cheaper our prices get. Please veiw the product pages on this website for price ranges.

Is the writing on the glass printed? Will it fade or disappear?
No. We use the latest in laser engraving technology on our glassware which permanently etches the writing into the glass so it will never fade.

What are my payment options?
We offer a varity of payment options. Credit Card (Visa, Master Card, American Express). Direct Deposit. PayPal, for your security and piece of mind. We also allow payment via Cheque or Money Order which is sent to our PO Box address.

Can you rush my order?
Yes. We can rush your order if need be, however you must call or email us before placing your order to confirm that we can get it to you by the required date. We will do our absolute best to accomdate your needs

Can I place orders by phone?
Yes however we do prefer that you provide the details of your order through our website or by email to avoid any spelling mistakes.

Will I get an email confirmation?
Yes, you will receive an order confirmation via email straight after your order has been submitted. It will include any payments details required depending on which method you chose.
