DELIVERY CHARGES:
We charge very low reasonable rates for delivery starting from as low as only $12.50.

DELIVERY, PROOFS & ORDER TIME FRAME:
We offer FREE breakage insurance with all orders! We are very experienced in packaging glasses for transit however if in the rare event that there is a breakage during transit we will replace your item straight away.
Personalised items normally take approx 2 - 4 weeks to dispatch depending on how busy we are at the time of your order placement. It is always best to order as early as possible to allow plenty of time.
We may take a little longer to dispatch an order than other engraving companies, however this is because we take extra care when engraving and packaging as its in our best interest to keep our customers very satisfied.

Goods will be delivered on business days. No deliveries will be made on weekends or public holidays.
Delivery times vary from 1-6 business days depending on your location in Australia. Typical delivery times are 1-2 days to Sydney, 2-3 days to Melbourne, Brisbane and Canberra, 3-4 days to Adelaide, 5-6 days to Perth and Hobart. Non metro area delivery will likely take 2-3 days longer.
