How do I find out the shipping cost?
Add the items you wish to order into your shopping cart. On the shopping cart page use the shipping calculator
to work out the delivery charge to your area.

Can I add items to my order after I have placed it?
You can before artwork has been approved.  Any extra add ons after approval will need to be made as a new order.

Does it cost extra to have individual names on all of my glasses?
No we included them at no extra cost. 

Will I get to see what my items will look like prior to engraving?
Yes we provide FREE digital artwork proofs with every order, they will be emailed to you for approval prior to engraving. 

I have made a mistake or changed my mind with a personalised item I have ordered, What can I do?
Please email us ASAP and if your order has not been engraved we can make the necessary changes for you.

I am worried about glasses being broken it transit?
Glass breakage is very rare as we are very experienced in packaging for transit. We also include FREE breakage insurance with delivery of every order and will replace any broken glassware as soon as its been reported.

Simply email us a photo of the damaged/broken items within 7 days of receiving the goods and will will send out replacements ASAP.

How long will it take me to get my order?
We generally take approximately 10 business days to prepare personalised items, this time may vary depending on the time of year. Please allow extra time around Christmas and New Year due to high volume of orders, public holidays and business closure days.

How long is the delivery time?
Delivery times vary from 1-6 business days depending on your location in Australia. Typical delivery times are 1-2 days to Sydney, 2-3 days to Melbourne, Brisbane and Canberra, 3-4 days to Adelaide, 5-6 days to Perth and Hobart. Non metro area delivery will likely take 2-3 days longer.

Am I able to pickup my order?
No sorry we are an online shop only.

What is the quality of your your glassware?
We only use high quality brand name glassware. Most of our glassware is European or made in the USA.

Do you do discounts for bulk orders
Yes, the more you order the cheaper our prices get. Please view the product pages on this website for price ranges or email us for a quote.


Is the writing on the glass printed? Will it fade or disappear?
No. We use the latest in laser engraving technology on our glassware which permanently etches the writing into the glass
so it will never fade or scratch.

 
What are my payment options?
We offer a variety of payment options. Credit Card (Visa, Master Card, American Express). Direct Deposit. PayPal, for your 
security and piece of mind. We also allow payment via Cheque or Money Order which is sent to our PO Box address.

Can you rush my order?
Yes. We can rush your order if need be, however you must arrange it with us prior to placing your order to confirm that we can 
get it to you by the required date. We will do our absolute best to accommodate your needs.

Can I place orders by phone?
We prefer that you provide the details of your order through our website or by email to avoid any spelling mistakes.

Will I get an email confirmation?
Yes, you will receive an order confirmation via email straight after your order has been submitted. It will include any payment 
details required depending on which method you chose.
